At Ginny Garden, we specialize in cultivating rare plants.  Because our plants are living organisms that experience natural stress during transit, they cannot safely survive the journey of being shipped twice.  To protect the welfare of these delicate specimens and ensure immediate processing, all sales are final upon payment, and we are unable to accommodate cancellations or returns.

Our Pre-Shipment Health GuaranteePlant viability is our absolute priority. If, during our final pre-packing evaluation, we determine that a plant is no longer in stunning condition or strong enough for the journey, we simply will not box it. In this rare event, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for that specific specimen.
