Anthurium ‘Bloodmoon’ Formerly known as Hoffmanii Red Sinus Rich red emerging leaves meet dark, velvety foliage in Anthurium ‘Bloodmoon’. Its rounded, heart-shaped leaves bring bold presence to a collection, with each new leaf creating a striking contrast against the mature foliage. Known in the collector trade as an Australian hybrid, this plant was previously circulated as “Hoffmanii Red Sinus” and is now sold under the name ‘Bloodmoon’. Both names refer to the same collector plant; its exact parentage remains unconfirmed. An appealing choice for collectors drawn to dark velvet Anthuriums with dramatic red new growth. Leaf colour, shape, and intensity vary with maturity and growing conditions.
